A true coaxial system — guide, aspiration catheter, microcatheter, microwire — each advanced independently. Lead with the wire, track the catheter over it, and pass the clot. Drag up/down on the image to push or pull the active device; right-drag, Alt-drag, a sideways drag or the TORQUE dial (or a two-finger twist) turns the wire tip, and tap a catheter tip to select it. Hold Space for fluoro, press D for a DSA run. Catheters now ledge, jump and prolapse — keep your support ahead of them.
